Job Description:
This role oversees the internal operations of our travel media network advertising product, ensuring seamless execution and optimization. This includes overseeing pricing strategies, ad inventory management, and maintaining campaign execution standards across owned and operated platforms. This role collaborates closely with internal teams to streamline audience activation, campaign setup, and performance tracking while optimizing workflows. Additionally, this role will manage third-party ad integrations, streamline workflows, and drive continuous improvements in campaign operations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Responsibilities
Own pricing strategy across owned & operated inventory and audience-based products
Manage and monitor ad inventory availability to support media planning and sales
Coordinate inventory exploration and execution of owned & operated campaigns in collaboration with Marketing and IFE teams
Maintain campaign standards, including creative specifications, lead times, and operational requirements
Oversee campaign set up and audience activation, including tagging and audience generation in partnership with relevant teams
Manage relationships and workflows with third-party media and data partners
Collaborate with analytics and reporting teams to support campaign measurement and insights
Optimize live campaigns based on performance data and business objectives
Serve as a cross-functional liaison to ensure seamless execution across internal stakeholders and platforms
May perform other job duties as directed by Employee’s Leaders
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Knowledge of the retail media ecosystem, including owned & operated and audience-based products
Skilled in coordinating campaign execution across internal teams and third-party partners
Ability to uphold and enforce campaign execution standards and best practices
Skilled in developing and maintaining pricing strategies for media inventory
Knowledge of third-party media and data platforms (e.g. ad services, audience marketplaces, etc) and related tools
Ability to project poise, confidence, and maturity in both internal and external situations
Ability to operate independently and manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Ability to take initiative and assume accountability for achieving results
Education
Required: High School Diploma or GED
Experience
Advanced level experience, seasoned and specialized knowledge in:
Retail media or digital advertising
Audience-based media, offsite advertising and owned & operated placements
Managing campaign set-up and optimization
Working across teams such as Product, Marketing, Analytics, Technology and Sales
Partner and vendor management
Licensing/Certification

Physical Abilities
Ability to perform work duties from [limited space workstation/desk/office area] for extended periods of time
Ability to communicate and interact with others in the English language to meet the demands of the job
Ability to use a computer and other office productivity tools with sufficient speed and accuracy to meet the demands of the job
Other Qualifications
Must maintain a well-groomed appearance per Company appearance standards as described in established guidelines
Must be a U.S. citizen or have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must be able to comply with Company attendance standards as described in established guidelines
Pay & Benefits:
Competitive market salary from $100,700 - $111,900* depending on qualifications and experience. For eligible Leadership and individual contributor roles, additional bonus opportunities are available and awarded at the discretion of the company.
