What are the responsibilities and job description for the Custodian/Janitor position at Sparkleen?
Custodian needed for the weekends on the following days and times:
Saturday 6:00pm until 9:30pm
Sunday 5:00pm until 8:30pm
For a total of 7 hours per week, this job pays $14.00 per hour. The following holidays are off with pay after 90 probationary period, Christmas Day and Easter Day . Experience preferred, but not necessary. Dependable, honest, long term, detail orientated and positive attitude is a must. This job is located in Cocoa on route 520 just east of I-95. Qualifications
- Cleaning experience
- Janitorial or custodial experience preferred
- Knowledge of floor care techniques
- Familiarity with commercial cleaning practices
- Ability to perform residential painting tasks
- Experience in industrial cleaning or facilities maintenance
- Previous porter experience is a plus
- Skills in maintenance and buffing are beneficial
