What are the responsibilities and job description for the Executive Assistant position at Spartan Value Investors, LLC?
As assistant to the CEO, the EA is responsible for aiding in the day-to-day operations of the company. This role requires high attention to detail, extreme focus, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize. The goal of the EA is to help funnel tasks and duties that the CEO is not able to prioritize. This person must be extremely trustworthy and a personal match for the CEO. References or letters of recommendation will be required.
- Acting as the point of contact between the executives and internal or external colleagues
- Assist leadership team as needed
- Organizing meetings and booking meeting rooms
- Handling correspondence directed to managers
- Maintain and record notes in One Note system for records
- Arrange travel and accommodations as necessary
- Producing reports and presentations
- Maintaining the current filing and database system, and looking for ways to improve current systems
- Performing personal errands for CEO as necessary
- Collecting and preparing materials for meetings/review
- Assist with AREC and TREC license info, alongside the Realty Purchase Coordinator
- Assist with legal matters and sensitive information
- Manage passwords
- Facilitate operations for the building as necessary
Requirements:
