What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior DevOps Engineer position at Spectrum IT Recruitment?
We are currently partnered with a high-tech engineering and software company based in Maryland who are hiring Senior DevOps Engineers to work onsite at Annapolis Junction, MD.
This is a full-time senior level role working on government projects. Candidates must have active Top Secret/SCI Clearance with a Full Scope Polygraph. Please do not apply if you don't have this.
Essential experience:
- Strong experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, and AWS
- Containerization
- CI/CD
- CWIP IAT Level 1
Examples of responsibilities;
- Work with modern tools including Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, AWS, Ansible, Python, Terraform, Linux etc
- Provide optimisation and automation across various platforms and applications
- Push consistency for deployment and build processes
