Spectrum Physical Therapy and Athletic Training, LLC is looking for a dynamic, hardworking, committed, and professional staff physical therapist to grow with our facilities. Spectrum is looking for full time staff employees. Any New Grads are welcomed and can be hired before sitting for the license exam at a prorated salary. Once the New Grad passes the exam, they will be offered a full-time salary.
The staff physical therapist will join an established team of staff members that include board certified physical therapy specialists through the APTA, licensed athletic trainers, certified personal trainer, and a wellness team that includes yoga instructors, fitness professionals and exercise enthusiasts. The DPT candidate will have a unique opportunity to prepare for the Sports Board Certification exam with an outreach on the field experience supervised by one of our board-certified staff members and/or Athletic Trainers.
The staff physical therapist will be responsible for their patient case load in collaboration with other physical therapists to maximize evidence based treatments for musculoskeletal disorders that include pre-and post-surgical conditions. The staff therapist will be responsible for learning our EMR software.
Depending on experience, the staff physical therapist will have the option to grow into a clinical managerial position. Compensation will be based on experienced and market value.

Pay: $74,000.00 - $88,000.00 per year

As an outpatient physical therapy clinic in the state of NJ, we are adhering to the state guidelines for our practice. Furthermore, we are currently keeping all equipment and materials clean along with routine hand washing for all staff/patients entering.
