RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support marketing and sales teams with a wide range of administrative and coordination tasks
- Help plan, organize, and execute events such as trade shows, conferences, and webinars
- Communicate with vendors, clients, and internal teams to keep projects moving
- Track marketing materials, update spreadsheets, and keep databases and inventory systems current
- Manage logistics for events, including catering, transportation, equipment, and promotional items
- Handle online store/platform updates and shipments of marketing materials
- Prepare and coordinate conference paperwork and shipping schedules for displays and booths
- Assist with scheduling, preparing responses to client inquiries, and maintaining contact records
- Maintain inventory of promotional materials and assist with the creation of new items
- Help onboard new hires by preparing marketing system training materials
- Coordinate with internal departments and outside vendors for marketing needs
- Serve as a backup for other team administrative functions as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in a marketing support or coordination role
- Healthcare or pharmaceutical industry experience required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable working with both digital and physical files and inventory systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with online collaboration tools (e.g., Google Workspace or Teams)
- Experience supporting events or working with vendors preferred
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to simplify messages and follow through on complex projects
Salary : $75,000 - $78,000
