Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain effective governance of unified commerce fulfillment
- Owner of unified commerce fulfillment KPIs
- Responsible for issuing weekly reporting
- Monitor e-Commerce/contact center orders within distributive order management
- Align stakeholders, manages cross-functional brand operations and governance meetings
- Single point of contact for internal brand business questions – planning and analytics, stores, customer service, supply chain / logistics, marketing, finance
- Define enhancements / priorities; business sign-off on downtime, IT changes
- Performs optimization analyses and improvement pilots w/ cross functional partners
- Inventory: trend analysis, what’s available to sell, average unit retail and item management
- Stores: process improvement, re-tiering
- Strategy: modifications of rule sets, enhancements, distance bands
- Key configuration responsibilities including, but not limited to
- Stores: watermark / safety stock, tiers / groupings, capacity, enabling / disabling, store operating hours
- Planning & Allocation: product exclusions coordination (enabling / disabling product), watermark Master allocation strategies
Qualifications
- 1-3 years’ experience understanding of planning/allocation, store operations and some familiarity with e-Commerce operations, retail finance, and supply chain including e-Commerce fulfillment and transportation
- Experience in working with systems in the above functions; comfort using technology and diving into technical details
- Expert in excel and report, analysis, and charting preparation and presentation
- Self–starter, creative problem solver with advanced analytical skills, strong attention to detail, excellent time management and organization skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both business and technical areas a must
