What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service position at Spice Logistics LLC?
Maintain relationships with carriers and customers. Provide exceptional customer service to customers and carriers. Solve customer and carrier problems and help resolve issues. Great multi-tasker and problem solver that can manage independent work. This position tracks freight and communicates with drivers. Previous customer service experienced required. Spice Logistics provides exceptional customer service to our customer. This position is either 8 hour shifts Wednesday through Sunday OR 10 hour shifts Thursday through Sunday. The trucking industry never stops, this position will require after work hour phone calls and emails as needed. We expected someone that is hired for this position to be available and not have an issue with that. Logistics experience not required. Must be fluent with Gmail, and basic knowledge of excel. Great customer service voice and phone etiquette. 90 day review for potential pay increase. Also multiple bonus programs available to be paid monthly after probation period ends.
