Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in New Haven, CT. The Leasing Consultant will be responsible for assisting prospective and current residents with leasing and retention services. Daily tasks include conducting tours, processing applications, handling lease agreements, and providing exceptional customer service. The Leasing Consultant will also maintain a positive relationship with residents and act as a key point of contact for community inquiries.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Leases and Lease Administration processes
- Strong skills in Resident Retention and Customer Service
- Excellent Communication abilities
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in an on-site environment
- Prior experience in property management, leasing, or related field is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
