Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Business Systems Analyst - Customer Systems to join our dynamic
team. As a Business Systems Analyst (BSA), you
will act as the connective tissue between our business teams and the systems
that power them. You’ll lead discovery, translate strategy into requirements,
and co-design scalable, globally-standard, high-adoption systems that directly
improve business performance. You’re not here to simply gather requirements, you’re
here to create understanding and build cohesion.
Key Responsibilities:
• Partner
deeply with business stakeholders to understand challenges, strategy, and
workflows.
• Translate
complex needs into clear system requirements, user stories, and specifications.
• Collaborate
with product owners, systems engineers, and data teams to deliver well-scoped
solutions.
• Own
support for the systems in your geographical area. Working as a global support
team, help ensure your colleagues can operate on our systems without
disruption.
• Lead testing, validation, and user
onboarding for new systems or enhancements.
• Monitor adoption, collect
feedback, and prioritize continuous improvement.
• Champion usability, scalability,
and measurable impact in every system design.
• Support data quality, governance,
and insight generation across your systems.
Skills/Experience:
- 3–5 years in a BSA, Product Analyst, or similar role in a systems-focused environment (preferably in a sales, marketing or customer experience function).
- Good business fluency - understands drivers, KPIs, and workflows in sales, marketing, ops, or finance.
- Experience writing epics/stories, leading discovery, and collaborating with technical teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Data literacy: familiar with SQL, data validation, governance, dashboards, and connecting business logic to system data.
- Proven ability to deliver systems that are used, loved, and create impact.
What 12-month success looks like
•You’ve delivered 3–5 systems or major enhancements that directly supported measurable business outcomes (e.g., reduced onboarding time, increased sales conversion).
•You are the go-to systems partner for at least one major business function.
•System adoption and satisfaction metrics are up across your domain.
•You’ve led the implementation of feedback loops that improved system effectiveness over time.
What makes you right for the role
•Adaptive: You thrive on variety and can quickly get up to speed in new areas.
•Energetic: You bring pace and urgency to delivery.
•Problem-solver: You instinctively move from ambiguity to action.
•Trusted: You build credibility fast with colleagues and executives.
•Resilient: You stay calm and effective under pressure.
•Ambitious: You’re hungry for growth and exposure at a global scale.
