We are seeking a talented and motivated Business Systems Analyst - Customer Systems to join our dynamic team. As a Business Systems Analyst (BSA), you will act as the connective tissue between our business teams and the systems that power them. You’ll lead discovery, translate strategy into requirements, and co-design scalable, globally-standard, high-adoption systems that directly improve business performance. You’re not here to simply gather requirements, you’re here to create understanding and build cohesion.

As a Business Systems Analyst (BSA), you will act as the connective tissue between our business teams and the systems that power them. You’ll lead discovery, translate strategy into requirements, and co-design scalable, globally-standard, high-adoption systems that directly improve business performance. You’re not here to simply gather requirements, you’re here to create understanding and build cohesion.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner deeply with business stakeholders to understand challenges, strategy, and workflows.
- Translate complex needs into clear system requirements, user stories, and specifications.
- Collaborate with product owners, systems engineers, and data teams to deliver well-scoped solutions.
- Own support for the systems in your geographical area. Working as a global support team, help ensure your colleagues can operate on our systems without disruption.
- Lead testing, validation, and user onboarding for new systems or enhancements.
- Monitor adoption, collect feedback, and prioritize continuous improvement.
- Champion usability, scalability, and measurable impact in every system design.
- Support data quality, governance, and insight generation across your systems.
- 3–5 years in a BSA, Product Analyst, or similar role in a systems-focused environment (preferably in a sales, marketing or customer experience function).
- Good business fluency - understands drivers, KPIs, and workflows in sales, marketing, ops, or finance.
- Experience writing epics/stories, leading discovery, and collaborating with technical teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Data literacy: familiar with SQL, data validation, governance, dashboards, and connecting business logic to system data.
- Proven ability to deliver systems that are used, loved, and create impact.
- You’ve delivered 3–5 systems or major enhancements that directly supported measurable business outcomes (e.g., reduced onboarding time, increased sales conversion).
- You are the go-to systems partner for at least one major business function.
- System adoption and satisfaction metrics are up across your domain.
- You’ve led the implementation of feedback loops that improved system effectiveness over time.
