YOUR FUTURE CAREER DUTIES:
- Introduces customer to the Spitzer value price sales process and value statements
- Facilitates interview, at a comfortable pace for the customer, to discover customer preferences, needs, and buying motives
- Presents vehicles to customers that meet their needs and explore their interests
- Offers customer involvement in trade-in evaluation, presents financial proposition, satisfies customer concerns and asks for the order
- Conducts Spitzer delivery process and follows up in prescribed manner with customers. Follows up with customers after delivery in prescribed Spitzer manner to develop customer loyalty
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- An outgoing and friendly personality, strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish rapport with all types of people
- Professional, ethical, and respectful
- Self-starter and self-motivated
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with ability to follow-through
- Proficient computer skills including email
- High School degree
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Dealership experience is not required. Previous experience in the following industries tend to translate well to success at our dealership; bartender, waiter / waitress, hospitality, restaurant industry, hotel sales, etc.
