- Leading daily restaurant operations, including opening & closing responsibilities
- Coaching and managing a high performing front of house team
- Cultivating guest relationships
- Ensuring the proper execution of service
- Resourceful

- Fine dining experience
- Comprehensive wine knowledge
- Familiarity with POS and reservations systems
- This position is eligible to receive a portion of the hospitality charge collected on all guest checks.

Salary : $55,000 - $60,000
