Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
- Manage the check-in and check-out processes efficiently while ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations using hotel management software.
- Assist with phone calls, providing information or directing calls as necessary; proficient use of phone systems is essential.
- Perform night audit duties as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
- Address any guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally, striving to enhance guest relations.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for incoming guests.
- Uphold the hotel's standards of cleanliness and professionalism in all interactions.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a hotel or resort setting is preferred but not mandatory.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests.
