What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Assistant position at SSi People?
- Responsible for generating and qualifying sales leads via inbound and outbound campaigns (e.g. telephone calls)
- Filter and qualify pre-sales leads to be passed on to relevant Account Manager.
- Build relationships with prospective customers with the primary focus on lead nurturing and sales readiness qualification.
- Ensure all leads receive initial contact within 48 hours; all contacts are contacted a minimum of 3 times before being closed (if unable to reach) and all leads are distributed within 7 working days to ensure customers receive an excellent experience.
- Act as Salesforce.com ambassador and expert, assist Account Management team wherever possible and promote best practice in lead management from other markets via help and education. Ensure all details are maintained with 100% accuracy in SFDC
- Using well-defined procedures and guidelines, performs number of daily tasks to support Lead Management teams
- Excellence Process Framework processes and guidelines
- Assignments require broad consultation of specialists to get a clear view on WHAT has to be delivered and analysis of the available data
- Identifies key issues and patterns from partial conflicting data.
- Takes a perspective to problems and spots less obvious solutions.
- Duration of assignment is typically a few months.
- Finds solutions on the basis of theoretical insight and experience for deviating situations.
- Identifies the problem and some relevant issues in deviating situations, analyses each, using standard procedures, and co-decides.
- Own interpretation regarding assignments, based on own calculations and coordinates implementation of changes.
Experience:
- University degree with 3-5 years of related experience
