Job Summary
- Join our dynamic team as a ServiceNow Engineer! You’ll be a key player in our Provisioning Group, responsible for infrastructure and service provisioning both on-premises and in the cloud.
- Develop and maintain automation for server provisioning to expedite team workflows
- Participate in daily stand-ups and work on JIRA tasks/stories
- Collaborate with teams to devise solutions and interact with teams outside of the core group
- Work in agile two-week sprints
- Proficiency in Cloud Accelerate
- Experience in Infrastructure as Code
- Knowledge of managing platforms
- Familiarity with ServiceNow platform
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
