What are the responsibilities and job description for the Instrument Assembler position at St. Barnabas?
The Instrument Assembler is certified in instrument handling, included but not limited to the disassembly, cleaning, disinfection, decontamination, assembly, and sterilization of surgical instrumentation and other equipment.
Candidates must have :
- HS Diploma / GED
- 1 year Central Supply / Central Processing experience preferred
- Licenses, Certifications, and / or Registrations
- Completion of Central Processing Technology course required
- Effective written and verbal communication skills required
