St. Louis Foot and Ankle Institute is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) to join our well-established, high-volume private practice. We are currently a solo provider clinic with a full surgical and clinical schedule and are looking to bring on an associate who is ready to step into a busy, dynamic role with immediate patient volume and strong support from experienced staff.
About the Role
Scope: General podiatry and/or surgical podiatry based on training and interest
Surgical Opportunity: Begin with 1 dedicated surgical day per week; cases include forefoot, rearfoot, and ankle
Facilities: Surgeries performed at local hospitals and surgery center (ownership buy-in opportunity available based on case volume)
Call Schedule: Minimal – less than one week every 6 months
Practice Setting: Efficient, well-managed clinical environment with a seasoned support team and robust EMR system
Patient Volume: Current provider sees 25 - 30 patients daily—expect minimal practice-building necessary
Compensation & Benefits - Negotiable
▪ Option 1: Guaranteed base salary with production-based bonuses
▪ Option 2: Straight production-based compensation

Ideal Candidate
Board-qualified/Board-certified DPM
Completed a 3-year podiatric surgical residency (preferred)
Confident in both clinical and surgical care
Values evidence-based, compassionate, patient-centered treatment
Interested in growing with the practice and staying in the St. Louis metro area long-term
Able to work independently while contributing to a collaborative clinical team environment
