Dietary Aide – Full-Time | $2,000 Hiring Bonus
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $13.45 per hour
Shifts:
6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
11:00 AM – Close (7:30–8:00 PM)
Every other weekend and every other holiday required

What You’ll Do:
Assist with meal service and ensure residents enjoy a positive dining experience
Help set up, serve, and clean up meals in a timely, organized way
Wash dishes and maintain a clean kitchen and dining area
Stock supplies and assist with basic food prep as needed
Engage with residents and staff with a warm, helpful attitude
Stay on your toes — this is a fast-paced role with lots of variety!
What You Bring:
Minimum 10th grade education and at least 16 years of age (required)
Strong communication and people skills
Ability to stay calm, flexible, and focused in a busy kitchen setting
Compassion and a genuine desire to support older adults
Previous food service experience (preferred but not required)
