- Oversee daily operations and ensure quality care for up to 75 Residents
- Manage departments including Nursing, Admissions, Culinary, Rehabilitation, and Physical Plant
- Ensure compliance with state and local regulations and professional standards
- Lead risk management, Resident Trust Fund, and clinical oversight
- Supervise team hiring, training, performance, and discipline
- Participate in weekly occupancy reviews and conduct regular facility rounds
- Certified ALF Administrator license in good standing in the state of Florida (required)
- Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a 2 year college or technical school; minimum five to seven years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience (required)
- Minimum five years of previous Management experience (required)
- Strong knowledge of Florida ALF regulations and risk management (required)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with budgeting, census management, HR, and scheduling
- Ability to communicate effectively and solve practical problems
- Applicants for this position must be able to produce a negative drug test
