Stack's Bowers Galleries conducts live, Internet and specialized auctions of rare U.S. and world coins and currency and ancient coins, as well as direct sales through retail and wholesale channels. The company's 90-year legacy includes the cataloging and sale of many of the most valuable United States coin and currency collections to ever cross an auction block.
The Client Services Associate will help Stack’s Bowers Galleries provide the highest level of customer service to all current and future clients. Client Services Associates are responsible for answering phone calls, answering emails, providing general information, and helping current and future customers by being informative, empathetic, and eager to quickly solve any issues or problems they may experience. An ideal candidate will be organized, reliable, punctual and must be flexible with scheduling and potential daily or weekend overtime as needed.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answer company phone calls
- Respond to and resolve customer e-mails
- Inform prospective and existing customers of company services, products, procedures, policies, and promotions
- Place orders for individual auction catalogs along with subscribing and unsubscribing customers to ongoing auction catalog mailings
- Research and resolve complaints or issues according to company policies and procedures
- Make calls to follow-up on questions, complaints, and issues
- Attend trade shows as company representative as needed
- Provide general office support
- Assist Auction Production Department as needed
- Other duties as assigned
