We’re seeking a driven, hands-on Supply Chain Supervisor who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading a small team, owning inventory and purchasing processes, and driving operational excellence through strong planning and supplier management.

What You Will Be Doing

• Lead and supervise the Supply Chain team (4) and support daily operations
• Maintain systems to ensure inventory items are consistently stocked at appropriate levels
• Create and issue purchase orders for maintenance needs and internal department requests
• Plan and order production components based on MRP forecasts and production demand requirements
• Resolve supplier issues and claims through strong negotiation and relationship management
• Support continuous process improvement initiatives across the supply chain function

What We Need From You

To be considered for this role, candidates must have the following experience and skills:

• 3–5 years of experience in supply chain, purchasing, inventory management, or materials planning within a manufacturing or production environment
• 1–2 years of supervisory experience, with demonstrated ability to coach, prioritize work, and drive accountability
• Working knowledge of MRP/ERP systems and inventory control processes, including cycle counting and demand planning
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel for reporting and data analysis (Epicor strongly preferred)
• Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external suppliers

All-Star Skillset

The ideal candidate will also bring any or all of the following:

• Experience in a manufacturing environment supporting production schedules
• Strong negotiation skills and supplier relationship management
• Familiarity with Epicor or similar ERP systems
• A high-energy, hands-on approach with a “can-do” attitude
• Forklift experience is a plus (and may be required depending on operational needs)
