We’re seeking a driven, hands-on Supply Chain Supervisor who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. What You Will Be Doing
- Lead and supervise the Supply Chain team (4) and support daily operations
- Maintain systems to ensure inventory items are consistently stocked at appropriate levels
- Create and issue purchase orders for maintenance needs and internal department requests
- Plan and order production components based on MRP forecasts and production demand requirements
- Resolve supplier issues and claims through strong negotiation and relationship management
- Support continuous process improvement initiatives across the supply chain function
What We Need From You
To be considered for this role, candidates must have the following experience and skills:
- 3–5 years of experience in supply chain, purchasing, inventory management, or materials planning within a manufacturing or production environment
- 1–2 years of supervisory experience, with demonstrated ability to coach, prioritize work, and drive accountability
- Working knowledge of MRP/ERP systems and inventory control processes, including cycle counting and demand planning
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel for reporting and data analysis (Epicor strongly preferred)
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external suppliers
All-Star Skillset
The ideal candidate will also bring any or all of the following:
- Experience in a manufacturing environment supporting production schedules
- Strong negotiation skills and supplier relationship management
- Familiarity with Epicor or similar ERP systems
- A high-energy, hands-on approach with a “can-do” attitude
- Forklift experience is a plus (and may be required depending on operational needs)
