Essential duties:
- Offering job opportunities to candidates by providing correct job descriptions
- Interviewing and onboarding candidates in temporary light industrial assignments
- Ensuring candidates are aware of the prescreening requirements
- Replying to emails with good written skills and in a timely manner
- Using proper phone etiquette to answer and make phone calls
- Maintain effective communication with client-companies and management
- Checking in temporary associates on-site
- Other office duties
Essential Requirements:
- Experience in an office environment with Customer Service background
- Bilingual in English-Spanish a must!
- Ability to work under pressure and multi-task
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Be able to check in new associates
- Reliable transportation
