Are you looking for full time weekend work? Staffing Alternatives is looking for a bilingual Onsite Manager to manage our temporary associates in our client's warehouse in Garden City, Georgia. The hours are Friday, Saturday and Sunday 6am-6:30pm. This person must have a strong sense of responsibility and urgency about him/her. You must be able to communicate with coworkers and our client company to schedule, manage, coach and counsel temporary associates. Essential Responsibilities:
• Supervise temporary industrial field staff
• Time clock procedures/reporting
• Serve as the point of contact between our agency and client
• Perform safety inspections on a daily basis
Specific Abilities:
- Must be able to read, write and speak English and Spanish
- Warehouse supervisory experience necessary
- Previous staffing experience a plus
- Customer service experience a plus
- Reliable transportation
