STAT Home Health is seeking PRN Registered Nurses to join one of the most respected and trusted home health companies in the Pearland, TX area to service patients in Harris, Galveston and Brazoria County.

Job Duties:
- Supervise patient care
- Coordinate all aspects of patient care; initiate and update the plan of care
- Complete all documents timely, including Oasis, 485, order submission
- Supervise, orient, and teach other clinical personnel when needed
- Assure compliance with local, state, and federal laws including problem resolution, complaint investigation
Qualifications:
- Current Texas Registered Nurse (RN) license required
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience as an RN or 1 year clinical experience as an LPN
- Current CPR Certification
- Compassionate and great time management skills
- Reliable transportation to conduct patient visits at their place of residence or facility
