Responsibilities
- Achieve customer focused production goals.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in sales and customer service.
- Must be licensed with the state of Illinois in property and casualty.
- Upon hire, must obtain license in the state of Indiana in property and casualty.
- Self motivated.
- Immediate consideration if currently licensed in property, casualty and life in Illinois and Indiana.
