Job Summary: 

  The Department of Public Safety is filling multiple DPS Service Employee positions in the Phoenix and Tucson areas.  With varying schedules and functions, these positions are designed to provide training and experience in a wide array of functions, operations, and units. The successful candidates will perform special projects, functions, and administrative tasks with flexible schedules or hours available for some positions.  We invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity to join a team, receive training, and have opportunities for promotion and advancement.  

Under direct supervision, performs work in a structured or unstructured program to gain practical work experience in one of the administrative, professional, or technical fields within the Department.   May rotate from assignment to assignment within the agency to learn and contribute to administrative, professional, or technical processes. Performs related duties as assigned. This classification is designated as uncovered. Incumbent serves at the pleasure of the Director of the Arizona Department of Public Safety.

Pre-Employment Requirements:
