Job Duties:
Diagnose, treat, and provide preventive care to individuals and families across the lifespan. Obtains health history and performs physical exams; requests and evaluates lab tests; determines diagnosis, directs treatment and instructs staff, patients and families in implementing patient care; prescribes medication; arranges referrals for services; documents all activities in electronic medical record; responds to patient calls and inquiries.
Minimum Job Requirements:
- M.D. degree or foreign equivalent
- Completed 3-year fellowship
- Board Certified or Board Eligible
- Licensed to practice in Tennessee
Qualifications
