This recruitment will be used to establish a list of qualified candidates to fill the current vacancies and may be used to fill future vacancies as they occur. Performs routine manual and semi-skilled tasks and assists a building maintenance worker or a skilled building tradesperson in building maintenance and repair work relevant to the carpentry, plumbing, painting, and electrical trades; and perform other related duties as assigned.
