How does it get done?
HPT is governed by the WHO definition of health promotion: Health promotion is the process of enabling people to increase control over, and to improve, their health. Residents of Bernalillo and Sandoval Counties include tribal partners as well as partners both internal and external to DOH, such as schools, juvenile justice, prevention coalitions, etc.
