Job Duties:
A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Behavioral Science, or Social Science.

Job Duties:
- The Adult Protective Services Team Leader serves as a supervisor in Adult Protection Services Assessment and Treatment. In this position the supervisor will supervise a group of Human Services Specialist II's in the area of Adult Protective Services. The supervisor will assist the Program Coordinator in managing critical functions of coordinating data information and scheduling follow up meetings to ensure systemic implementation of processes. The supervisor must be willing to conduct casework services in the event that the worker is not presented.
- Directs the social services activities of the unit or section by establishing goals and objectives.
- Supervises Social Services Specialist who provide Adult Protective treatment services for families.
- Reviews and evaluates case material and services provisions.
- Advises subordinate on policies and procedures relative to the provision of social services.
- Serves as consultant to Social Services Specialist for difficult or complex situations.
- Assist in formulation and implementation of policies and procedures relative to social services.
- Provides specialized social services consultation to other agencies, organizations and institutions.
- Perform Red Cross shelter duty or other emergency shelter duty/services as directed.
