5% TEACHING PERFORMANCE - The ability to present course materials through appropriate instructional strategies to facilitate the learning process.
25% INSTRUCTIONAL DEVELOPMENT - The development, revision and maintenance of courses and curriculum through course objectives, outlines and appropriate materials.
15% INSTRUCTIONAL MANAGEMENT- The effective use of required office hours, exhibition of effective classroom management and control, and timely and accurately submitted reports.
15% STUDENT ADVISEMENT- The participation of the faculty member, when applicable in assisting students in personal and professional development.
5% COLLEGE AND/OR COMMUNITY SERVICES- The participation in college activities and the promotion of the College through public services.
5% PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT - The participation of the faculty member in activities designed to develop professional skills so as to maintain and improve proficiency in his/her present positionMaster's degree in Nursing Degree required
• A current unencumbered South Carolina Nursing License
• 2 years recent clinical experience in the primary area of responsibility
(Nursing care or nursing education) that includes instruction, conducting/managing learning experience.
