Job Responsibilities
The Public Information Coordinator helps to manage the day-to-day operation of the office of VP for Strategic Initiatives/Chief of Staff.
The position is for managing schedules, legislative research, creating documents for the university and General Assembly, completing reports, and managing weekly deadlines.
Minimum and Additional Requirements
Knowledge of university policies, procedures, rules and regulations. Attention to detail and initiative are extremely important. Knowledge of modern office practices, procedures and equipment. Ability to establish and maintain diverse administrative functions.
