Explain complex insurance rules and procedures, answer questions and resolve matters for property, casualty, life, health, and disability lines of insurance.Respond to the most frequently asked questions from callers regarding SHIBA and Producer Licensing and Oversight program-related insurance issues.Assist customers in navigating webpages, provide technical information, refer customers to appropriate agencies, federal entities or division at the OIC for resolution to issue.Collaborate with team members to produce work products and update them on new processes and procedures.Distribute appropriate emails to other Insurance Technicians and analysts, monitor the Call Management System for activity to ensure adequate coverage.Attend staff meetings and insurance content-related training sessions.
