Your expertise will be instrumental in driving our organization's success through effective human resource management.
Your Mission:
- Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and manage compensation and benefits packages, ensuring competitive and attractive offerings.
- Efficient HR Operations: Maintain accurate employee records and support smooth payroll processing while adhering to labor regulations.
- Talent Acquisition: Utilize your deep knowledge of the recruiting process to attract and retain top talent.
- Effective Communication: Serve as a key communicator, conveying HR policies, rules, and regulations to the team.
- Engagement and Development: Collaborate with management to coach and facilitate career growth and development for our employees.
Your Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of three years of human resource management experience, demonstrating a strong grasp of HR operations.
Your Responsibilities:
- Assist in payroll preparation and resolution of payroll errors.
- Maintain employee records, ensuring compliance with state mandates and updating records as needed.
- Process documentation and reports related to personnel activities.
- Facilitate new employee onboarding and orientation.
- Assist in developing policies and procedures to guide our HR operations.
- Coordinate the exit process for departing employees.
- Coach management and teams to promote career growth and development.
- Collaborate with recruiters to source candidates and update databases.
- Other duties as requested to ensure compliance with current laws and regulations.
