Shift: Sat,Sun - Overnights – 11pm to 7am – Wed, Thurs-Evening shift 3pm-11pm-Part time
Job description: Front Desk Agent contributes to the Staybridge Suites by servicing the customer in a friendly and courteous way.
Responsibilities:
Front Desk Agent has the following responsibilities and duties:
· Greet guests upon arrival, check them in and provide them with any information they need to enjoy their stay
· Maintaining the Property Management System
· Audit Reports, Balance Accounts, and Preparing Reports for End of Day
· Verify that all EOD work has been performed
· Preparing Files and Resetting the System for Next Day Operations
· Ensure accuracy in Accounts and Audit Reports
· Post adjustments & Corrections for EOD balances
· Reconcile all accounts in a timely manner
· Review and correct any reservation errors
· Respond to guest inquiries, concerns and complaints as needed
· Answer phones and place reservations
Requirements:
Front Desk Agent should have the following skills, education and experience:
· Accurately Input Information into Computer Systems
· Good problem-solving skills
· Excellent communication and math skills
· Experience in customer service or hospitality
· Able to learn computer functions and other on-the-job skills
· Excellent Accuracy and Attention to Detail
· Cash Handling & Credit Processing
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Maintain Professional Appearance
· Self-Starting and taking initiative
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
