Administrative Assistant- Part Time (Approx. 20 hours/week)
We are a leading business, trusts and estates, elder law and real estate law firm in Northeast Wisconsin. This is an in-office position, primarily located in our Manitowoc office. Occasional work at Sheboygan office (travel time and mileage paid). This position is not eligible for remote work.
General Duties:
· Opening and managing new client files (digital and paper), mailings, filing and making copies.
· Front desk/reception coverage as needed including answering incoming calls, greeting and situating clients, and addressing other client inquiries.
· Maintaining appointment schedules, communicating with clients, participating in document signings.
· Daily Errands (collecting mail, delivering/picking up legal documents).
Skills Required:
· Ability to maintain confidentiality and privacy.
· Ability to verbally communicate and interact with clients and co-workers in a professional and positive manner at all times.
· Microsoft Office and Outlook
· Ability to draft formal written correspondence.
· Ability to follow detailed instructions.
· Strong attention to detail.
Compensation and Hours:
Pay: From $16.00-$20.00 per hour (Depending on Experience)
Expected hours: 20 per week (M-Th 9:00-2:00); position is eligible for increased hours.
