SCI is looking to add another member to our growing Team! As an SCI Administrative Assistant, you will be part of a Team that is building the future for our industrial and commercial clients. We are looking for a dependable and motivated individual with over-the-top customer service experience and a passion for organization and time management. In this position, you will work within our Accounting Department and report to the SCI Controller. You will also have the opportunity to work with each department throughout SCI to accomplish daily administrative duties, tasks and event planning.
Administrative Duties:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient day-to-day office operations
- Answer phones, greet visitors, distribute mail
- Event planning and travel arrangements
- Ensure operation of office equipment by scheduling preventative maintenance, repair maintenance and maintain equipment inventory
- Maintain / order Office and custodial supplies and maintain supply inventory
- Participate in and assist Marketing Team with coordination and time lines
Education, Qualifications and Experience
- Must have valid driver's license
- High School diploma or GED
- Previous experience in clerical, secretarial or administrative assisting position
- Data entry and scanning experience

- Working knowledge of office equipment – printers, copiers, laminators, etc.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

- Excellent written and verbal skills to communicate effectively across the organization
- Detail-oriented
- Good time management
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, lift / move objects and packages up to 50 pounds
- Able to perform keyboarding and other repetitive movement functions
