Essential Functions:
- Preparation of food items on site.
- Serving of food to school children and staff using portion control guidelines.
- Complete cleanup and sanitation of food service and dish room area including cafeteria tables, dishwashing manual and mechanical, and pot and pan washing.
Qualifications
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or GED and minimal experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
High school diploma or GED and minimal experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Neat, good personal hygiene, good math skills, pleasant personality and ability to work under pressure.
- Previous experience desirable.
- On-going attendance at food service related workshops and classes desirable.
