About the Role:
As a Common Area Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and presentation of all public spaces within our beautiful resort. This includes, but is not limited to, our docks, pavilions, restrooms, pool decks, and outdoor recreation areas. Your attention to detail will directly contribute to creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting.

Clean and sanitize restrooms regularly, ensuring they are well-stocked.

Empty trash receptacles and replace liners.

Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces.

Maintain cleanliness of pool decks, lounge chairs, and surrounding areas.

Monitor and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards.

Ensure all common areas are neat, organized, and presentable at all times.

Provide friendly and helpful assistance to guests when needed.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a cleaning or hospitality role is a plus.
