Job Description
Stintino Management is seeking a Property Manager to join our team in Asheboro, NC. The ideal candidate will have a passion for organization and a drive to deliver value. We are looking for someone self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented, and able to adapt to ever-changing technology
Job Duties:
- Organize everything about the property: store documentation, have all schedules always updated, and know the action dates.
- Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned properties
- Always treat tenants and vendors with respect and a positive attitude.
- Utilize all the management systems and software to maintain property records and reports under state and federal regulations
- Work with other team members and third-party vendors to ensure smooth operations of your properties.
- Lead the leasing process by showing prospective new prospects the vacant units and the amenities.
- Answer phone as needed when the corporate leasing assistants do not pick up calls.
- Perform inspection videos of vacant properties and implement the turn process for future leases.
- Prepare lease packages for residents and tenants to ensure contract terms are met according to state and federal regulations.
Required Skills:
- Be extremely organized
- Must be able to multitask and perform duties expeditely while following company policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Must have excellent communication skills (verbal & written) as well as advanced computer and tech skills.
- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Be an example and have a passion to learn new things.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $37,500.00 - $42,500.00 per year
