Job Title: Finish Production Associate
Reports To: Production Manager
Salary Rate: $15 per hour with excellent benefits including PTO, insurance and 401k match!
$250 signing bonus after successful completion of first 90 day!!
Position Summary:
The primary responsibilities of this role will be to perform the finishing step in the production line. The candidate will be required to fold and package product while maintaining a clean and organized work space and positive attitude.
Position Responsibilities:
· Package product neatly in the appropriate manner
· Complete work orders to assemble prints onto products in a timely manner
· Check prints for accuracy as they are able to be placed onto product
· Maintain a clean and organized workplace
· Adhere to business procedure guidelines
· Ability to work 40 hours per week
The ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate the following qualifications:
· High School diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred but not required
· Ability to effectively work individually and/or in a team environment
· Competency in performing multiple functional tasks
· Ability to respond to frequent demands of high-profile customers
· Willingness to submit to a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
Position Details:
Position to start 1/15. Shift is 7:30 A.M.-4:30 PM. Candidate must be able to work 8 hours a day, stand on their feet for extended periods of time, and lift and carry 20 pounds.
