Job Description 

Job Title: QC Associate

Shift: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM (with an hour lunch break)

Reports to: Warehouse Manager

Rate: $16 an hour

Job Status: On-site, Fulltime, Eligible for competitive benefits after 30 days

Location: Apex, NC

Work authorization: United States (Required)

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

·       Ensure quality items are being produced at every station.

·       Read pick tickets and work orders correctly, match items based on orders.

·       Quickly learn and understand product specifications.

·       Contribute to the warehouse team: help organize, pack and clean Hub work areas daily.

·       Pack every box efficiently, correctly with appropriate contents as instructed, and with a level of care satisfactory to the Packing Team and the Supervisor

·       Always ask if anything is unclear, misunderstood, seems out-of-place, or is unsafe in any way.

·       Effectively communicate needs, ideas and questions with Team Members and Managers, to always ensure operational efficiency.

·       Understand the expectations of workplace safety and use good judgment to create an injury-free workplace.

·       Cross-train with UV Print Specialist – perform daily UV Printing tasks when UV Print Specialist is out-of-office.

Requirements:

·       Must be able to lift 40 lbs.

·       Must be able to work standing up for 8 hours per day.

·       Must be able to tolerate cold/ hot extremes and marked changes in temperature.

·       Required to be punctual, onsite, and ready for work at scheduled hours.

·       Must be respectful to team members. No inappropriate behavior, language or harassment allowed.
