Duties and responsibilities:
- Duties and responsibilities include working closely with customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about products and recommend the right vehicle/features/accessories. You should also be able to promptly resolve customer complaints and ensure maximum client satisfaction.
- Demonstrating product features to customers and explain benefits.
- Delivers vehicles to customers, ensuring that the customer understands the vehicle's operating features, warranty and paperwork.
- Contacting leads and setting up appointments
- Taking deposits
- Introduces customers to service department personnel to emphasize to them the quality and efficiency of service repairs and maintenance available in the dealership's service department.
- Schedules first service appointments
- Follows up on all post-delivery items (Tag/title work, We owes)
Opportunity:
- Salaried training process
- Salary plus performance bonus with first year earnings expected in excess of $50,000
- Promotion track for successful associates expected to result in $100,000 annual income
