They are renowned for their evidence-based, intensive treatment programs, particularly for obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), Severe Anxiety, and Related Disorders.
Our client is looking for a dedicated and experienced Licensed Clinician to join their parenting program. As part of this role, you'll contribute to their parenting program, facilitating skills training for the team and guiding the implementation of parenting intensives. Your leadership will play a crucial role in developing and executing new parenting treatment protocols that resonate with their mission and values, all with the aim of consistently improving patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Work on the parenting program, including skills training of the Team
- Supervise the implementation of parenting intensives to ensure effectiveness and adherence to protocols
- Lead the development and implementation of new parenting treatment protocols aligned with organization's mission and values
- Develop training materials and resources for staff members and parents, drawing upon expertise to enhance overall clinical practice
- Lead intensive family programs to address complex family dynamics and challenges
- Coordinate Parenting Team supervision to foster collaboration and excellence in service delivery
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Family Systems approaches
- Expertise in Parent Training methodologies
- Knowledge of Gottman Method Couples Therapy
Qualifications:
- Licensed Clinical Psychologist
- Demonstrated experience in program development, supervision, and implementation within a clinical setting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and mentor a multidisciplinary team
- Experience working with families affected by neurobehavioral disorders
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
