Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end technical implementations for enterprise clients, from presales through post-launch support
- Develop and present technical solutions, including API demonstrations and RFP responses
- Translate complex business requirements into detailed technical specifications
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful client integrations and meet SLAs
Requirements:
- 5 years experience in Enterprise B2B SaaS implementation with API integration
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills and project management expertise
- Proven track record managing technical relationships with enterprise clients
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
