The Field Services Specialist is responsible for scheduling on-site technicians, arranging part shipments from warehouses, updating various systems though the process, and coordinating efforts to resolve customer issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ordering equipment from STRATACAHE Warehouses, coordinating 3rd party service technician work orders to meet the parts onsite and ensure technician work orders are correct perform requested repair work
- Review monthly 3rd party technician vendor invoices for accuracy and submit approved invoices to accounting for payment.
- Coordinate STRATACACHE technicians to perform site repair work. This includes efficient route planning of technician’s service calls including planning multiple site repairs for multiple days in a row.
- Perform other duties as requested
Qualifications
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc) / Google Sheets / Smartsheets
- NetSuite
- Ability to multi-task and plan/prioritize work to meet deadlines with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
