Our client, an industry-leading manufacturing company based in Irvine, is looking to add a Technical Project Manager to their growing team. This organization develops advanced electronic products and is seeking a skilled professional with a strong electrical engineering background who can lead complex projects from design through integration while supervising teams and ensuring deliverables align with technical, schedule, and compliance requirements.
Desired Skills
- BSEE or equivalent with at least 5 years of experience designing and developing electronic products
- In-depth knowledge of military electronics standards and requirements, with proven abilities in design, debugging, integration, supervision, and project/resource management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, design tools such as Altium or Orcad, and use of standard test instruments
- Strong capability to develop and manage product specifications and test plans to ensure compliance with technical and environmental requirements
- Effective communicator with excellent time management and leadership skills, able to motivate teams and present technical data and reports clearly
Considered a Plus
- Familiarity with MIL-STD-1553/MIL-STD-1760 applications
- Experience with SoC implementation or mechanical design of enclosures

Salary : $130,000 - $170,000
