Position: Concierge Manager

Stratton Amenities, a premier provider of luxury front desk concierge and amenity management services, is seeking a dedicated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Concierge Supervisor and Trainer. This hybrid role requires a commitment to providing the ultimate hospitality experience and a passion for establishing enduring relationships with clients, managing hospitality teams, and delivering top-tier hospitality services in the Dallas Region. This role involves 25% travel and focuses on both concierge supervision and training and development of our teams.

Essential Duties and Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular, face-to-face meetings, ensuring client and employee satisfaction.

• Conduct and arrange weekly meetings to discuss operational excellence and continuous improvement.

• Oversee the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of new associates and properties, ensuring they align with our values and standards.

• Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, guaranteeing the successful execution of services.

• Lead and inspire associates to achieve optimal service goals and ensure the overall performance of the assigned region.

• Respond to and manage emergency situations promptly and efficiently.

• Design and implement comprehensive training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.

• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and modify them as needed to ensure continuous learning and development.

• Travel as needed to various locations to conduct training sessions and oversee regional operations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a supervisor or manager in hospitality or a related field, with a focus on client-focused solutions.

• Exceptional time and project management skills, with a keen attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Experience in the hotel or hospitality industry is a plus.

Travel Requirement:

This role requires 50% travel to manage, supervise, and train teams across different locations.
