Main Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet and assist residents and visitors.
- Go above and beyond to meet and exceed residents' and guests' expectations.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, vendors, and contractors.
- Exhibit professional telephone etiquette.
- Manage guest packages accurately, ensuring prompt delivery and conducting package audits.
- Oversee lobby and surveillance for resident safety and security.
- Support scheduling and management of amenities requests (e.g., transportation, move-ins, reservations).
- Maintain confidentiality of resident information.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Experience Requirements:
- Proven experience in hospitality, upscale customer service, or retail, demonstrating exceptional service delivery.
