Position Requirements:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • A sense of pride and ownership in your work and the property.
  • Quick and genuine responses to residents’ and guests’ requests.
  • Minimum of two years in the hospitality industry.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and exceptional guest service capabilities.
  • Organized, proactive, and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Ability to make quick, effective decisions under pressure.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Warmly greet and assist residents and visitors.
  • Go above and beyond to meet and exceed residents' and guests' expectations.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, vendors, and contractors.
  • Exhibit professional telephone etiquette.
  • Manage guest packages accurately, ensuring prompt delivery and conducting package audits.
  • Oversee lobby and surveillance for resident safety and security.
  • Support scheduling and management of amenities requests (e.g., transportation, move-ins, reservations).
  • Maintain confidentiality of resident information.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Experience Requirements:

  • Proven experience in hospitality, upscale customer service, or retail, demonstrating exceptional service delivery.
